What The Forecast?!! Is a special app that manages to inject plenty of humour into the app special ways of talking about bad weather conditions and convincing users that it is better to go back to bed than venture outside. However, it has to be said that What The Forecast?!! Does not really offer anything new or different and the huge number of adverts that pop up randomly can make using the app a rather frustrating experience at times.
